About Our Business
PRC was originally conceived in 2004 and has come a long way since conception.
Established in 2007, Pacific Roast Coffee was created as a joint venture by David
Sherman and Chris Killingstad with the goal of offering superior service and the
highest quality coffee for its consumers, at reasonable prices. Working together the
two have continued to build upon PRC's initial success and look forward to many
more years of business.

Roastmaster David Sherman is the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Head of
Sales and Marketing of Pacific Roast Coffee. David is a career firefighter for a fire
department in Snohomish County and loves the contrast between being a firefighter
and a business owner. For the last five years it has been his goal to make great
coffee at a competitive price for his friends, family, and customers to enjoy. To take
PRC from conception to reality David chose his longtime family friend Chris
Killingstad to help bring the company to where it is today.
Roastmaster Chris Killingstad is the Chief Financial Officer, Vice-President,
Secretary, Treasurer, and Head of Web Development of Pacific Roast Coffee.
Chris is a math instructor at Everett Community College, has a Bachelor’s of
Science Degree in Mathematics from University of Washington and a Master’s of
Science degree in Mathematics from Western Washington University. Prior to his
teaching position, Chris tutored math and physics for several years.
Both Chris and David believe strongly in giving back to the community and have
volunteered their time as coaches for local schools. David was a Junior High
football coach for two years and Chris was a high school swim coach for five years
and a volunteer for Search and Rescue for two years. For more info on community
