The Diedrich IR-12 uses both infrared and radiant heat to roast the beans
and its patented stirring paddles within the drum ensure even roasting. The
addition of the automation gives Pacific Roast Coffee a unique combination of
the old traditions and the new technology. Our Roastmasters are able to
handcraft roasts and blends to perfection while the automation records the
settings. This allows us to give our customers the most consistent coffee
possible.
